Account & Data Deletion — Gridiron Arena

Applies to “Gridiron Arena: 1v1 Online” by Caliptic.

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon).
Scroll to the Account section.
Tap Delete Account, then tap again to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your profile, inventory, progression, quest and event progress, match participation records, telemetry and leaderboard entries, and closes the server-side account (including any linked Google or Apple sign-in). It cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the game installed, email turker.aktas81@gmail.com with the subject “Gridiron account deletion”. Include your account ID if you know it (shown in Settings → Account; a value like e2fa87c7-…) or the display name you used. We verify and complete requests within 30 days.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Aggregate match statistics that are shared with an opponent’s match history (e.g. “a match ended 3–2”) are retained without any reference to your identity. Purchase records required for tax/accounting law are retained by the app stores (Apple/Google), not by us.
