By downloading or playing Gridiron Arena you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. The game is operated by Caliptic (“we”, “us”).
An account is created automatically on first launch and is tied to an identifier stored on your device. You do not register and we do not ask for your name or email. Because that identifier is the only key to your account, deleting the app makes the account unreachable and your progress cannot be recovered.
The game is competitive and the match outcome is decided by our servers. You agree not to:
We may reset progress, remove items, or close an account that does these things.
In-game currency and items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game. They are not your property, have no monetary value outside the game, and cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for money. We may add, change, rebalance, or remove items and prices — including for competitive balance.
Unused virtual items and currency are lost if your account is closed or the game is discontinued.
Purchases are processed by Apple, not by us. Prices are shown before you confirm.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your device’s account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
The game may show advertisements. Where a subscription that removes advertising is offered, the removal applies only while that subscription is active.
The game requires an internet connection and our servers. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature, and we may take servers offline for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You may stop using the game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or lost virtual items. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will update the date above and ask you to accept the new version in the game.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Gridiron Arena'yı indirerek veya oynayarak bu şartları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu kullanmayın. Oyun Caliptic tarafından işletilmektedir.
Hesap ilk açılışta otomatik oluşturulur ve cihazınızda saklanan bir kimliğe bağlıdır. Kayıt olmazsınız; adınızı veya e-postanızı istemeyiz. Bu kimlik hesabınızın tek anahtarı olduğu için uygulamayı silmek hesabı erişilemez kılar ve ilerlemeniz geri getirilemez.
Oyun rekabetçidir ve maç sonucu sunucularımızca belirlenir. Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Bunları yapan hesapların ilerlemesini sıfırlayabilir, eşyalarını kaldırabilir veya hesabı kapatabiliriz.
Oyun içi para ve eşyalar, yalnızca oyun içinde kullanmanız için verilmiş sınırlı, kişisel ve devredilemez bir kullanım hakkıdır. Mülkiyetiniz değildir, oyun dışında parasal değeri yoktur; satılamaz, takas edilemez, paraya çevrilemez. Eşyaları ve fiyatları ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir, dengeleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz — rekabet dengesi gereği dahil.
Hesabınız kapanırsa veya oyun sonlandırılırsa kullanılmamış sanal eşya ve para kaybolur.
Satın almalar bizim tarafımızdan değil Apple tarafından işlenir. Fiyatlar onaydan önce gösterilir.
Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süreyle kendiliğinden yenilenir. Cihazınızın hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; içinde bulunulan dönemi iade etmez.
İadeler Apple'ın politikaları çerçevesinde Apple tarafından yürütülür. App Store üzerinden yapılan satın almalar için tarafımızca iade yapılamaz.
Oyun reklam gösterebilir. Reklamı kaldıran bir abonelik sunulduğunda, kaldırma yalnızca abonelik etkin olduğu sürece geçerlidir.
Oyun internet bağlantısı ve sunucularımızı gerektirir. Oyunu veya herhangi bir özelliği değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir, bakım için sunucuları kapatabiliriz. Kesintisiz erişim garanti edilmez.
Oyunu silerek istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan, kaybolan ilerlemeden veya sanal eşyalardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketici mevzuatından doğan emredici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Esaslı bir değişiklik yaparsak yukarıdaki tarihi günceller ve oyun içinde yeni sürümü kabul etmenizi isteriz.
Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.
